About Michele Caporaso

Michele Caporaso

Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to South Carolina. There she attended the University of South Carolina, where she received her BA. Her work has been exhibited in many different locations, galleries, shows, including the main lobby of the Hyatt Place in Columbia, SC and in the movie “Hellblock 13”. During the past 14 years she has concentrated on digital art, photography, and digital manipulation. Recently, she has been exploring abstract painting on canvas and yupo paper using acrylic, ink and watercolors. Artist statement: My creativity comes from my spirituality, it is part of my soul. It gives me the ability to see through different eyes. My inspiration is the exploration of everything that exists in the world....
